Administrative Assistant

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26.75 per hour

Shift: Hours per Day 8, Hours per Week 40

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

  • Providing crucial support to the Vice President, Orthopaedics Customer Strategy, and Senior Director, Channel Strategy Innovation.
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, presentations, agendas, and other documentation for the leadership team.
  • Effectively managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Organizing and overseeing domestic and international travel arrangements, including handling travel expense reports.
  • Scheduling and coordinating internal/external meetings, company visits, and video conferences using Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and Web Ex.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential documents and materials while interacting professionally with management.
  • Supporting event coordination, including logistics and execution of organizational meetings and events.
  • Recommending process improvements and workflow enhancements when appropriate.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing in a dynamic, matrix environment to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Bring proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, Web Ex).
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential materials.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting priorities.
