Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, finance, IT operations or vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or financial tools.
- Experience working with Workday a plus, or a similar ERP system.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Technology vendor management experience.
- Understanding of SOWs, contract structures, and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of vendor governance and performance metrics.
- Exposure to vendor governance activities, including assisting with Q preparation, tracking vendor performance and action items, maintaining vendor documentation, and supporting escalation processes is a plus.
- Create, process, and maintain IT Workday requisitions for software, services, renewals, and change orders.
- Validate vendor quotes and contract details for accuracy and budget alignment.
- Monitor requisition status and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and approvers to resolve workflow issues.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing guidelines and documentation standards.
- Assist in documenting the different processes.
- Provide and assist in implementing process efficiency ideas.
- Assist with the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly IT vendor forecasts.
- Identify variances between forecast and actual spend; recommend adjustments.
- Track multi-year commitments, renewals, and financial milestones for a 3-year forward looking budget.
- Support automation efforts using new AI tools to improve efficiency.
