Reporting to the Sr Manager Global Security Operations, you will help safeguard QVC's employees, assets, and operations. You will also support us through leading investigations, preventing theft, and ensuring a safe work environment for our team members and partners. We are looking for a candidate who also has availability for on-call responsibilities and occasional travel.

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, DE, PA. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed. Relocation is not provided for this role.

• Lead investigations related to threats, harassment, intimidation, and theft.
• Be the liaison with law enforcement and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Ethics teams to strengthen workplace policies.
• Analyze incident reports for trends and risk assessment.
• Establish relationships with law enforcement for case coordination.

• 2+ years of experience in corporate security, investigations, or law enforcement.
• 2+ years experience using security technology, surveillance systems.
• 2+ years experience leading threat assessments (conducting case evaluations and investigative findings to assess risks, determine appropriate actions, and support legal and compliance efforts.)
• 2+ years experience partnering with corporate team members, leadership, and law enforcement agencies
