Roadway/Paving Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee paving projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role, particularly in public projects such as those for Penndot and the Turnpike. A NECEPT certification is a plus. The candidate must be willing to work nights during the summer.

Responsibilities

* Oversee a crew of 10-12 people.

* Manage projects ranging from 2 million to 20 million.

* Assist in project scheduling and coordination.

* Supervise paving operations and compaction quality control.

Essential Skills

* 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role for paving projects.

* Experience with public projects such as Penndot and Turnpike.

* Willingness to work nights during summer.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* NECEPT certification is a plus.

* Strong experience in construction management and planning.

* Experience in construction quality management and supervision.

* Familiarity with construction documents and commercial and highway construction.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

3 weeks PTO, company truck, full benefits, 6 percent 401k match

This is a fully onsite position in West Chester,PA.
