Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windchill Developer with strong expertise in Windchill PLM customization, Java development, SQL, and Windchill architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing custom solutions, supporting PLM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill PLM Development and Customization
- Strong expertise in Windchill Data Model, Windchill Architecture, Java, and SQL
- Experience designing and implementing custom solutions and enhancements in Windchill PLM
- Strong understanding of PLM domain concepts and business processes
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies and SDLC practices
- Ability to analyze business requirements and provide scalable technical solutions
Technical Skills
- PTC Windchill
- Windchill UI Customization (JCA, Wizards, Data Utilities, Validators, MVC Builders, JSP, Form Processors)
- Windchill Type and Attribute Manager
- Windchill Listener Framework
- Windchill Business Rules
- Windchill Change Management customization and workflows
- Part, BOM, Change, and Document Management
- Windchill Database Architecture and SQL Querying
- Java, JavaScript, Web Services
- ETL Processes and Migration Utilities
- Tools:
Eclipse, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence - Experience with Dev Ops and Agile delivery models

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Windchill PLM solutions and enhancements
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Lead and support developers in resolving technical challenges and implementing best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Support Windchill enhancement, configuration, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate on technical design discussions, story refinement, and effort estimation
- Develop utilities to support migration and ETL activities
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities
- Support BOM Management, Change Management, Release Processes, and CAD Integrations
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, SDLC practices, and architecture guidelines
- Assist in training team members on Windchill features and functionalities
- Contribute to implementation methodologies and customization standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical devices or regulated industry environments
- Prior experience migrating from non-Windchill systems to Windchill
- Experience with Thing Worx is a plus
- Relevant certifications are preferred
