Responsibilities

* Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.

* Responsibilities also include performing the following:

* Overseeing projects

* Performing technical report reviews

* Preparing and reviewing proposals

* Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions

* Leading and coaching junior staff members

* Performing responsibilities at the regional level

Qualifications

* BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred

* Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:

* Professional Engineer (P.E.)

* Registered Architect (R.A.)

* International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP

* University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE

* 12+ years of relevant professional related experience

* Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
