Constellation Energy seeks a Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineer for our Engineering & Design team in the Energy & Utilities industry. You will perform design, analysis, and detailing for power generation, renewable, and utility infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and code compliance. Responsibilities include developing calculations, drawings, and specifications; supporting project planning; and collaborating with cross functional teams. You'll help advance sustainable solutions in a culture that values innovation, diversity, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical or civil/structural design for energy and utility projects
- Develop calculations, drawings, and specifications using CAD and BIM tools
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative energy solutions
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction support activities
- Contribute to sustainability-focused and renewable energy initiatives
