Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch;
Manage lobby flow by leveraging a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and assist with opening new accounts;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options;
Build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team members to achieve financial goals
