We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support an organization located in West Chester, PA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Analyst to support tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities. This role is responsible for preparing tax filings, researching tax regulations, analyzing financial data, and helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns, work papers, and supporting documentation.
• Assisting with federal, state, and local tax compliance and reporting.
• Researching tax laws and regulations and summarizing findings for internal stakeholders.
• Analyzing financial records to identify tax implications and potential risks.
• Supporting tax audits and responding to notices from taxing authorities.
• Collaborating with accounting and finance teams on tax-related matters.
• Helping improve tax processes, documentation, and internal controls.
