HRIS UKG Pro Support Specialist

Maintain, support, and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro. Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data. Support HR operations, reporting, and compliance requirements. Serve as the main contact for HRIS users by providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting.

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workforce Management, or similar). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Customer service focus with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Technical knowledge of HR systems and databases. Adaptable, quick learner, and process improvement mindset.

Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM). Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues and escalate as needed. Manage historical edits in WFM. Monitor internal Payroll email inbox and triage HRIS-related issues with the Payroll team. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams with data processing, audits, and reconciliations.

Provide support for core HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and payroll integration. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation. Manage HRIS security roles and permissions to ensure proper access controls. Train and guide end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.

Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HRIS usage. Participate in HR technology projects, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance.
