What You'll Do:

This role is heavily focused on automation and electrical troubleshooting within a conveyor-driven manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Technician at our West Chester, OH Service Center, you'll be a key player in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that powers our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and manufacturing system issues in collaboration with our operations team.

* Performing preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety.

* Providing occasional facility-related support as needed, secondary to equipment, automation, and production system maintenance.

* Identifying and solving recurring equipment problems alongside the maintenance team.

* Ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca's internal safety standards.

* Demonstrating a strong understanding of and strict adherence to the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program.

What We Are Looking For :

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with a strong automation and electrical troubleshooting focus in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

* Hands-on automation and electrical troubleshooting experience supporting production equipment in a manufacturing or processing environment

* PLC and controls diagnostic experience, including navigating ladder logic and using HMIs to identify and isolate faults (Allen-Bradley preferred)

* Strong electrical knowledge, including 480V / 3-phase systems, motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and control panels

* Ability to act as a first responder to equipment downtime, diagnosing issues independently before escalation

* Experience troubleshooting and maintaining conveyor-driven or automated production systems

* Solid understanding of industrial mechanical systems, including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and power transmission

* Preventive maintenance mindset with the ability to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements

* Familiarity with CMMS systems and accurate maintenance documentation practices

* Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

* Willingness to work 3rd shift and operate independently in a fast-paced production environment

* High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in electrical, automation, or controls strongly preferred

This role is best suited for candidates with strong electrical and automation experience. Mechanical-only backgrounds without hands-on PLC or electrical troubleshooting experience may not be the right fit.

Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

* Pay: $31.00-$34.00/hour + $0.50 shift differential
