Job Title
General duties and responsibilities include monitoring customer orders entered, scheduling to appropriate press, and allocating appropriate material to each order. Coordination of press ready status of all open tickets is also required. Frequent communications with production leads and customer service reps are necessary. Coaching, training, and giving feedback to production floor staff is part of the role. Any other miscellaneous team duties as assigned by the supervisor are expected.
