Your Role as a CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living.

* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

* Promote resident independence, comfort, and dignity.

* Encourage participation in daily activities and social engagement.

* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

* Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

* Active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

* High School Diploma or GED

* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

* Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC)

* If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.

* The DCSC training course and competency exam are completely FREE and can be completed before employment begins.
