Job Purpose:

The Key Holder at COSTELLOS ACE is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing opening and closing procedures, overseeing staff during shifts, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. This role is crucial in supporting the store management team and ensuring that customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales floor activities, inventory management, and customer service. Supervise and lead store associates during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Support the management team in implementing store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge related to retail operations. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Contribute to achieving store sales goals by actively promoting products and services to customers.

Required

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

Experience with cash handling and managing store operations. Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies. Required

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
