Christian Home Services is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners throughout Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties find the comfort solutions that best fit their needs. If you have experience selling in the home and are looking for a company with strong lead flow, a trusted reputation, and unlimited earning potential, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do- Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs
- Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to each customer's home and budget
- Build rapport and establish trust through a professional consultative sales approach
- Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing
- Follow up on estimates and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals
- Previous in-home sales experience is required
- HVAC sales experience preferred, but strong in-home sales professionals from home improvement, roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, or similar industries are encouraged to apply
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a winning attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
