* 2. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age (C101) to be considered for employment.

** Access Control/Badge

Experience:

* 4. Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201). This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee badges.

** Alarm Panel

Experience:

* 6. Candidates must possess experience in operating alarm panels (B202). This includes knowledge of alarm systems, troubleshooting, and responding to alerts.

* 8. Candidates should be comfortable using computers or tablets (B204). Proficiency in basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms is essential.

** CPR Certification:*

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to appropriate personnel.

+ Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control/badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
