AP Specialist

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Accounts Payable Specialist with strong Esker experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, vendor communication and owning the invoice lifecycle from start to finish.

• Process non-PO invoices through Esker (required)
• Audit and post invoices within ERP systems
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve vendor issues
• Manage vendor setup and payment requests
• Execute payment runs and wire transfers
• Review and process expense reports in Concur
• Perform account coding and journal entry verification
• Support year‑end close activities and reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams
• Provide backup support across the A/P function

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist or accounting experience
• Hands‑on Esker experience required
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Concur and SharePoint is a plus
• Strong data entry accuracy and efficiency
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage high volume
