Video Producer

Wheaton Bible Church (WBC) is a dynamic, thriving multiethnic church community seeking to live out our mission to Love God, Love One Another, Love our Neighbors, and Love the Nations in the Chicago suburbs and globally with our 90+ sent missionaries and indigenous partners. We currently hold worship services in both English and Spanish while providing space, care, and leadership coaching for 5 additional ethnic language fellowship groups.

Additionally, we serve our local community through West Chicago’s largest social service provider Puente de Pueblo by providing case management services for families, adult literacy programming, and after-school programming for children and youth.

Status: FT- 40 hours/week. Some evenings and weekends required depending on ministry event schedules.

Wheaton Bible Church is looking for a full-time Video Producer to be part of the Communication Team whose role it is to set the first impression of the church, assist and elevate all ministries and campuses, and share personal stories of life change. The video team creates videos for the web, social media, and for use in services and is distinct from Sunday service live production.

• 2-3 years of video production experience including lighting, shooting, editing, and audio
• Bachelor's degree in communication, digital media, or another related field preferred
• Experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to function in a team environment, collaborating with co-workers in graphic design, copy/editing, web, social, and video, to create cohesive messaging and brand consistency
• Fluency with Mac operating system
• A keen understanding of church ministries and the ability to function efficiently in a church setting
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
• Acceptance and agreement with WBC Statement of Doctrine and Faith and WBC Statement of Christian Lifestyle is required for employment ingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
• Regularly and actively participate in worship at WBC.
