• Welcoming and greeting guests, screening for appropriate height requirements, and providing guests with attractions information.
• Delivering appropriate scripts and/or spiels.
• Collecting tickets in an orderly fashion.
• Directly interacting with customers while providing fast and friendly service.
• Working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by constantly monitoring the immediate area, collecting trash and debris, and assisting with removal as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing good customer service.
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noises and lighting effects, such as night or daylight, strobe and other special effects.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
