Customer Care Specialist

Full‑time

Salary: $21.50 – $21.50 per hour

Manufacturing

Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8am – 4:30pm with a 30‑minute lunch

• Account management, maintenance & record‑keeping
• Manage tax‑exemption status, file tax certificates & delivery forms
• Enter orders, manage/escalate concerns
• Interact with customers/sales via email/phone
• Support sales/business‑development initiatives
• Communicate & collect payment for pre‑pays
• Provide order status, tracking & help expedite deliveries
• Research/document delays/issues
• Communicate delays to customers
• Resolve delivery issues
• Manage customer complaints, replacements, warranties & returns
• Issue credits, send order acknowledgements, compose letters to customers
• Answer phone calls not answered by reception
• Other duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Inside sales or manufacturing experience a plus

• Base of $21.50 per hour with an annual bonus up to 10%
