The Ōnin Group is seeking an Onsite Representative to join our team and act as the face of Ōnin at one of our client facilities. You will manage daily workforce operations, oversee attendance and scheduling, and serve as the primary contact between the client, our branch, and the onsite team.
Ideal candidates have staffing or workforce management experience, familiarity with light industrial environments, and strong communication and organizational skills.
