Schedule- Monday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
8:00 am – 7:00 pm - Thursday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 60‑min recurring appointments, 90‑min new patient appointments
- SRP appointments 60‑90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need
Bi‑weekly hourly pay with the option to opt into daily pay for earned paycheck as earned.
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses!

- Current dental hygienist license in Illinois and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
- Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists.
- Experience using VELSCOPE, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
- TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement).
