The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing equipment and systems related to the Food/Ink industry. This position requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- 7+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Chemical processing experience
- Strong proficiency with CAD software (Solid Works/Fusion
360 preferred), mechanical simulation tools, and P&t. - Hands-on experience with pumps, piping systems, mixing/blending equipment, and automated machinery.
- Knowledge of custom print design review and implementation
- Demonstrated project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Base salary up to $125,000 based on experience
- HSA & HFA medical, dental, and vision options through United Health care
- 3+ weeks of PTO
- 401K matching up to 6%
- Domestic/International travel opportunities
