Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Materials Science/Metallurgy, or Plasma Physics with 3+ years in vacuum/PVD coatings, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100D. Expect travel up to 10% and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
