Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling digital assets for web, mobile, email, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams, developers, and stakeholders to create user-focused designs.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay updated on latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong experience with UI/UX and digital design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in Financial Services or Banking domain.
- Experience with prototyping and interaction design.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
