Join Our Dynamic Team! We are seeking a IT Finance Systems Support & Project Coordinator to join our team at our West Chicago, Illinois location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on solving business challenges, identifying opportunities, and building strategic partnerships. Reporting to IT Service and Infrastructure Director, this role will be playing a key role in bridging technology and finance operations by ensuring financial systems run smoothly and efficiently.

This position supports day-to-day system functionality, troubleshoots issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and process improvements. Additionally, the role coordinates projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and aligned with business goals.

Salary Range: $88,027 - $105,633

Key Accountabilities:

ERP & Finance Systems Support

* Provide daily support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, and finance systems by troubleshooting issues and assisting users.

* Act as primary IT contact for Finance, prioritizing requests and communicating updates.

* Manage help desk tickets, escalating issues as needed.

* Support user access, system configurations, and routine administration.

Project Coordination & Delivery

* Coordinate finance-related IT projects, including ERP enhancements and integrations.

* Track timelines, tasks, risks, and deliverables to support successful project execution.

* Gather requirements and collaborate with Finance, IT, and vendors on solution design.

* Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and post-go-live support.

Testing, Process Improvement & Reporting

* Support user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.

* Identify opportunities to improve processes and system usability.

* Assist with data validation across Business Central, Power BI, and reporting systems.

* Maintain documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Collaboration & Governance

* Act as liaison between Finance, IT, and external partners.

* Support change management, governance, and system controls.
