Job SummaryAssist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.
Responsibilities- Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Inspect completed work.
- Complete the technician’s daily log and Work Orders.
- Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
- Maintain inventory of related supplies.
- Education:
High school diploma (or GED). - Mathematical skills adequate to determine equipment type and quantity.
- Computer skills: basic proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices.
- Certifications:
Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
