This individual will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure smooth operations, minimal downtime, and safe working conditions. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Starting at $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st shift schedule available, 4×10 or 5×8
• Located in West Chicago, IL

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and printing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Repair and maintain machinery to minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Support general facility maintenance needs as required

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with tools and basic equipment repair
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned schedule
• Forklift certification is a plus (company can train and certify if needed)
