Position OverviewAs a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager, your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Lead a comprehensive safety process to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain a reliability-centered maintenance process to improve machine uptime, OEE, and lower operations costs.
- Provide departmental leadership to ensure high plant condition and equipment performance standards.
- Ensure maintenance team possesses appropriate skills, offering support for technical training and development.
- Manage capital projects, plant budgeting, and departmental spend, identifying technical improvements.
- Utilize reliability tools to address critical equipment failures and downtime, implementing solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Act as a key plant leadership team member, driving plant/process improvements and setting high performance standards.
- Support pillar continuous improvement activities.
The ideal Manufacturing Maintenance Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Must-Haves:
- Supervisory manufacturing experience.
- Experience in running a manufacturing maintenance department.
- Engineering degree;
Mechanical; chemical or industrial engineering. - Minimum experience 3+ years of successful experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Nice-To-Haves:
- Understanding of OSHA requirements.
- Experience with CMMS.
- Good communication skills.
