Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking an Adhesive Formulator in West Chicago, IL to mix chemicals and operate mixing equipment on 1st shift (Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm). You will ensure safety, quality, and process standards while supporting production.
Responsibilities include preparing raw materials, maintaining materials flow, housekeeping, and following all EHS policies; travel is not required, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package.
