1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as required)

$20.00 – $26.00/hour, depending on experience

We are seeking skilled trim carpenters for a production environment in West Chicago. This role involves detailed finish work, working with wood materials, and ensuring high quality craftsmanship on all products.

• Measure, cut, and install trim, molding, and wood components
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure precise measurements and high quality finishes
• Sand, shape, and assemble wood parts as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Previous trim carpentry or finish carpentry experience required Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Experience with hand and power tools Must bring own tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment
