Job Overview

We need a nurse to take care of a 9‑year‑old male in West Chicago, IL 60185 covering Tuesdays and Thursdays 8am–7pm.

Reliance Home Health Caregivers is a home health care agency specializing in long‑term, 1‑on‑1 private duty nursing for disabled pediatric and adult patients on g‑tubes, trachs, and vents.

Provide high‑quality, individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient, including management of medical equipment and coordination with case managers and office staff.

• Valid LPN or RN license in Illinois
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care as an RN/LPN
• Valid CPR card

Training available for pediatrics, home health, and various skills. Nurses without pediatric experience will be considered.

• Flexible hours/scheduling for full‑time, part‑time or PRN
• Shift options: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours per shift (employee choice)
• LPN: $38/hour; RN: $47/hour
