Account Executive; Power & Energy in West Chicago

Job Summary

As an Account Executive specializing in Power & Energy, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales plans to tap into targeted industries. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet revenue goals, facilitate customer interactions, and drive business growth within specific markets.

• Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for identifying and cultivating industry‑specific cold spray applications.
• Set and monitor development targets, coordinate action plans for customers, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities and brand‑building initiatives.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and actively engage with customers to drive sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
• 5+ years of senior‑level sales and strategic planning experience, MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
