Position OverviewThe Residential Sales Representative is responsible for the daily management of all residential sales appointments for the geographic area which they are assigned. The Residential Sales Representative is accountable for achieving sales, margin, and conversion targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our Sales Team uses a solution selling, consultative approach to working with customers. To be successful in this role, the Sales Representative will be focused on delivering the following:
- Serve customers with Quality, Service, and Integrity; provide a high‑level customer service experience
- Maintain full utilization of Salesforce program and sales processes
- Clear, consistent communication throughout the sales process
- Maintain appointment schedule and arrive to each appointment on time
- Measure client backyards and compose project proposals based on project specifications, customer needs, and product preferences
- Maintain high level of clear, consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Respond reliably and quickly to client requests and needs
- Provide a professional, informed sales presentation
- Achieve sales goals, margin targets
- Adhere to and uphold company policies and sales procedure
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Effectively utilize Salesforce to record all appointments, emails, interactions with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated to achieve daily responsibilities, an entrepreneurial spirit
- Demonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic math acumen
- Ability to learn quickly - product information, company processes and policies
- Above average listening skills; ability to understand, explain, and empathize with customer needs
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively and respectfully with customers and internal team members should they arise
- Proficient in relevant computer applications

- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all safe driving practices
- Minimum 2 years experience with in‑home sales consultations, home improvement sales (fence sales, a plus)

Compensation OverviewTraining Phase (First 90 Days):
Receive $2,300 biweekly, which includes a blend of classroom instruction and field‑based hands‑on training.
Transition Phase (Next 90 Days):
Continue receiving a $2,300 biweekly draw while building your own sales pipeline.
Commission Phase (Post 6 Months):
Transition into a performance‑based compensation model, earning 8% commission…
