Shipping​/Receiving Clerk

INX International is the third largest producer of inks in North America, offering a comprehensive line of ink and coating solutions for commercial, packaging, and digital applications.

This role offers a starting range of $21 to $24 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accuracy of inventory and cycle counting
• Assigning materials/items to designated areas and placing them on racks, shelves, or in bins
• Marking materials with identifying information
• Assembling internal and external customers’ orders from stock and placing orders on pallets
• Preparing items for shipment
• Using SAP for maintaining records and printing labels
• Monitoring and creating deliveries and shipping schedules
• Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) and scheduling carriers for pick‑ups
• Performing additional duties as required

• Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Have 2 years of related experience
• Have prior leadership skills
• Have excellent written, reading comprehension, and math skills
• Be able to operate a forklift, cherry picker, and turret
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills
• Be able to bend, push or pull when required
• Previous warehouse experience (plus)
• Previous hazardous materials training (plus)
• SAP knowledge (plus)
