Job Responsibilities
This position will support daily operations related to records processing, data entry, and reporting within SCDNR's Law Enforcement Division.
Job
Duties Include:
* Ensuring accurate, complete and reliable data entry for the records section.
* Answering phones and providing information relevant to the records section.
* Pulling data for, building, and disseminating reports as needed.
* Assisting in providing technical support for staff related to records and data management.
* Assisting in the development of current and future data management and records management systems.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree; or a high school diploma and four (4) years of responsible clerical or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Personable and have a good attitude while answering the phones. Proficient in data entry with considerable knowledge of computer programs including word processing platforms and data management systems. Ability to obtain NCIC certification.
