Job Description

We are in search of an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our CEO/CHRO & executive leaders with administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate improves efficiency by handling day-to-day tasks and partnering with our executive leadership team on key meetings/initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedules
  • Attend and transcribe key meeting outcomes and follow-up items
  • Office Manager for our corporate office and partner to key executives and contacts on day-to-day needs
  • Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports
  • Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering office supplies for departments
  • Serving as the liaison between executives and internal/external partners
  • Assisting with special projects by coordinating resources and tracking progress
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years executive admin experience or admin supporting C-level leader
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks across teams and maintain attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
