Billing Associate

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a professional Billing Associate to support a large commercial logistics client in West Columbia, SC. The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing by completing and processing digital customer bills.

Hours:

Monday-Friday

12:00-4:00 pm (during training)

12:00-8:00 pm (after training)

Day to Day)

• Processing and filling out incoming bills in real time
• Entering data quickly and accurately
• Maintaining documentation and supporting audit requests
• Communicating with internal departments to resolve any billing inquiries

• Excellent typing and computer skills (Must pass standard typing test and reading comprehension test with 97% or higher)
• Reliability, professionalism, and an aptitude for learning – Data entry experience
• Billing experience
• LTL freight experience
