• Provides expertise and work leadership in the analysis of pricing for the organization's goods and services to stay competitive in the market.
• Condu cts market research and makes recommendations regarding pricing policies.
• Maintains historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors.
• Uses internal cost information to analyze competitive pricing of products or proposed cost reductions.
• Analyzes market trends and competitor data to forecast pricing models. Provides insights on the impact of pricing changes on growth and profitability.
• Performs analyses to understand customer price sensitivity and the impact of pricing changes to the business.
• Works with product management and field sales management on price development.
• Conduct pricing analysis in areas that require advanced understanding of pricing data, analytical methods, and profitability optimization.
• Provides work direction to other pricing analysts.
• May prepare profitability analysis for incremental sales opportunities.
• May develop historical pricing reports.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 10 years related experience.
• Requires strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Requires understanding of financial data, competitive markets and pricing dynamics.
• Must have deep business acumen.
• Requires knowledge of competitor products.
• Must have knowledge of SAP query design and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Must be effective in written and verbal communication.
• Must be able to provide work leadership to reach objectives.
• Must be able to provide consultative support to multiple stakeholders.

Compensation
:
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $114,000 - $150,150 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.

Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
