The Chick-fil-A Summer Internship is a dynamic opportunity for driven individuals to gain hands-on experience inside one of the most successful brands in the world. This immersive program provides exposure to every facet of restaurant operations, leadership development, and strategic business functions. Interns will engage in meaningful work, complete a summer-long project, and interact with experienced leaders who are passionate about investing in the next generation.

What You'll

Experience:

* Leadership Development - Participate in mentorship sessions, leadership training, and one-on-one meetings with key Directors and the Operator to grow your personal and professional leadership skills.

* Summer-Long Strategic Project - Work on a high-impact business challenge, analyzing a key area of the restaurant and presenting solutions to leadership.

* Networking & Professional Growth - Engage in discussions with experienced Chick-fil-A leaders, learning about business strategy, career development, and the brand's long-term vision.

* Inside Look at a World-Class Brand - See firsthand what makes Chick-fil-A one of the most admired and innovative companies in the industry.

* Cross-Functional Rotations - Gain hands-on experience in all areas of the business, including:

Front of House - Hospitality, speed of service, and guest interactions.

Back of House - Food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Training - Detailed execution and team coordination.

Inventory & Ordering - Understanding supply chain and cost efficiency.

Human Resources - See how we invest in and care for our people.

Marketing & Community Engagement - Learn how Chick-fil-A builds relationships beyond the restaurant.

Responsibilities

* Work alongside the Operating Partner and all Directors to build and execute best-in-class Leadership processes

* Develop restaurant systems that set up a shift for sustained success

* Assist with the performance management process for all team members

* Participate in the development of team member recognition and incentive programs

* Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes

* Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team

* Complete a project based on business needs and your interests

Qualifications

* Rising college sophomore, junior, or senior with a passion for business, hospitality, or leadership.

* Desire to grow in leadership and potentially pursue a long-term career with Chick-fil-A.

* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
