Service Dispatcher

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Service Dispatcher in West Columbia, SC

Pay rate: $14-$15.49/hr

• Answer and manage incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records, including billing and service documentation.
• Assist with marketing efforts as needed to support business growth.
• Ensure all hard copies of customer files are organized and up-to-date.
• Communicate with service teams to coordinate scheduling and resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
