Respiratory Therapist role performs visits in homes, ALFs, and ILFs. This is a salary-based, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm) with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide rehabilitative services to patients suffering from physical injuries or disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of treatment plans and conducting therapeutic exercises with patients.
- Educating patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation exercises and documenting patient progress.
- Developing individualized treatment plans, instructing and assisting patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Monitoring patients during therapy sessions, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
- Communicating regularly with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Assisting in the implementation of discharge plans, providing patients with instructions for continued care and recommending appropriate follow‑up services.
- Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
- CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary to assist patients with mobility and perform therapeutic activities.
- Prior experience working as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Specialized training or certification in specific areas of therapy.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language commonly spoken by patients in the practice area.
