Reporting to our Information Technology Manager we are seeking to hire a Business System Analyst Flex Flow
, located in Columbia, South Carolina.

• In charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardized systems implementations and solutions.
• Design details for automated systems and processes to improve efficiency; design the framework and processes, troubleshoot technical malfunctions, perform risk research, work with stakeholders and deliver viable solutions.
• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and process efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, and consult users related to automated systems.
• Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements aligned with site business/customer requirements.
• Resolve required improvements on the systems and supervise correct implementation to meet site business/customer requirements.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system issues to ensure smooth operation.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Flex Flow (FF) and FF environment setup
• Skilled in submitting requests for new TEST and PROD Flex Flow environments
• Proficient in configuring Routes, FF core templates, FCS, and Labels to support new customer onboarding
• Experienced collaborating with the Flex Flow development team, including submitting development requests, managing bug fixes, and preparing BRDs and test documentation
• Working knowledge of SQL programming, database design, and performance optimization
• Experience developing SSRS reports
• Familiar with FFTester and working with web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON
• Familiar with setting up signals between FF & Baan and understanding of ACK & NACK

• Experience with Medical CSV/CSA processes and documentation
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Exposure to C#/.NET or Python for web development
• Knowledge of Spectrum labeling
• Exposure to Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
