What’s yours?

Responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Performs preventive maintenance using a CMMS system and supports continuous improvement efforts. Must work safely, independently, and with attention to detail. Works 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with occasional overtime and call-in as needed.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Use CMMS to manage and complete maintenance work orders
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and part catalogs for accurate repairs
• Support bi-annual facility shutdowns and occasional call-in maintenance needs
• Participate in lean/process improvement initiatives and suggest improvements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• All other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training or 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
• Experienced with CMMS or similar maintenance management systems
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following protocols
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Effective communicator and team player
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing frequent bending, squatting, and walking
• Comfortable working in noisy, hot, cold, or dusty manufacturing environments
• Normal schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Overtime and call-in work may be required

• Annual base salary range: $30 hourly
