We are seeking an Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift
to join our bakery team. As an Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift
, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to established quality specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining food safety standards, supporting production goals, and ensuring consistent product quality.

  : 5:45am-2:15pm

• Operate and adjust bakery production equipment to ensure product quality and specification compliance.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain equipment settings and replenish production supplies as needed.
• Complete required production documentation and operational reports accurately.
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and machinery remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support food safety, quality, GMP, hygiene, and production requirements by identifying and communicating concerns promptly.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, and operating procedures to achieve production objectives.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Good communication and observational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing production demands, and function effectively as part of a team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills.
