We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery-Packaging to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery
. As Operator 1, Bakery
-15 pack - 1st Shift you will be accountable for supporting packaging operations by operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and promoting safe and efficient production. This role helps ensure high-quality bakery products meet Aspire Bakeries’ production, food safety, and customer standards.

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Operate and adjust packaging equipment to meet product specifications and production requirements.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards throughout the packaging process.
• Package bakery products using manual and automated processes to achieve production goals.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP and safety standards.
• Communicate equipment, quality, safety, and production concerns to appropriate team members.
• Support efficient production by following schedules, running orders, and established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing production demands.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments and work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment.
