Join our Team as an Event Sales Specialist
- Take Center Stage at our In-Store Retail + Pop Up Events!

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are able and willing to keep up with us in a very high pace and competitive environment.

This role is well-suited for recent high school graduates, current college students, or individuals who have recently completed their college education.

Collaborate with our dynamic and innovative team of young professionals, and young entrepreneurs to create engaging in-store retail events that will enable your creativity and passion for branding to thrive.

Immerse yourself in one-on-one interactions with our customers and play a key role in crafting unforgettable B2C | Retail Sales event experiences. If you're driven and excited to make a difference, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Guaranteeing prompt attendance at all events
  • Supporting the events management team during numerous promotional activities
  • Meeting campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Helping customers comprehend the products, promotions, and services available
  • Managing promotions for the products and services we represent on behalf of our clients at local events and special pop-up occasions
  • Processing new customer information as required

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational abilities, paired with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Capability to perform effectively under tight deadlines; in office and events
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when speaking directly to the consumers at our Retail + Pop-Events
  • Professional demeanor when representing our Marketing team and our clients in our local retail events.
  • A background in B2C | Sales | Training | Leadership: 1-3 years preferred not required.

Pay:

  • Range: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Benefits:

  • Hands-on training in office + our events!
  • Advancement into Leadership Role within 2-6 weeks after an individual is able to successfully complete our Training Program

Transportation:

  • Must have a reliable car to commute to and from office + events
