Clinical Manager RN – NHC Home Care Midlands
A different kind of care that ensures you’re surrounded by people who make a difference in your life. NHC Home Care Midlands is looking for a Clinical Manager, RN to join our team. The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the Home Care agency.
Position Highlights- Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
- Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and clinicians
- Helping NHC Home Care meet our patients' needs
- Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring we have the staff to provide that care
- Educating and monitoring care provided
- Being fluent in Home Care Home Base Point Care and Home Care Home Base Back Office
- Registered Nurse in South Carolina or a compact state
- Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months in home care
- Supervisory experience
- Committed to helping meet patient goals
- Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
- Able to meet Background Screening requirements
