Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our full-time team on the AM shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The role involves assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans across the health-illness continuum, and coordinating care with our multidisciplinary team. Minimum education is not specified; however, current SC RN licensure, Nurse Practitioner certification, CPR and BLS are required.
