Registered Nurse (RN)

Come join our team at NHC Health Care Columbia! This full‑time position offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, base rate shift incentive, pick‑up incentive, and overtime. You will work 12‑hour shifts (7 P‑11 A). The pay range is $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience and licensure. Licensure:
Tennessee Registered Nurse, RN Nursing license (we also hire GNs and GPNs).

• Maintain clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet patient care needs.
